Before whiskey was anything else, it was Irish. Born and bred in Ireland, the Craft Irish Whisky Co. stands for tradition and delivers a whiskey the way it should be.

As a new player in the whiskey scene, they wanted to bring traditional pot still Irish whiskey to the high-end market that stays true to the authentic Irish methods.
